Ulrike comes from a family of Entrepreneurs. In Germany everyone owned their own business. She herself a co-owner of a previous business before becoming co-owner of LUCA Insurance Services and LUCA Financial Services, and a strategic officer of Nuestart Financial Services, understands the concerns and desires of business owners and the need for capitalism in our society. She is a Financial Strategist and Asset Optimization Specialist knowledgeable in areas of 1031 Exchanges, Self Directed IRA’s, basic structure of Trusts, insurance uses for Wealth Preservation and Accumulation, and Real Estate Investing. She is also knowledgeable about the pros and cons of IRA’s, 401k’s, 457’s, small business retirement planning, etc. Ulrike is trained and mentored by Douglas R.
